good evening buzzers! what would be the difference between cinnamon rolls made with white sugar or brown sugar? i've only ever made them with brown, but came across a recipe that calls for white. thanks a munch!

Save yourself a lot of money by making your own homemade cinnamon rolls! The dough is made in the bread machine and everything else is done by hand.

manella, i made these on wed. baked half of them to give away, and froze the other half. took three out of the freezer this aft to bake after dinner. so good. didn't have any cream cheese so i loosely copied a recipe from PW's recipe. she makes hers with white. i want to try her dough but with brown sugar filling!

weeble, i have a friend that made them for the lunch room at the school, they were so good. I have the recipe she used and i will give it to you if you like, but not tonight, i`m getting tired and think i will head off to bed. Sleep well my friend:))

I haves used both white/brown sugar when I make my cinnamon roles. Brown sugar tends to form more of a carmel like consistency after you bake them. I find both are good, just a matter of which your family prefers.
