disappearing posts. it should say on the jar. 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic = 1 clove. also the parsley will keep for at least a week or two, if you cut 1/2 inch off the stems and put them in a glass with some water in the bottom. every day change the water, and every 3 days cut a bit more off the bottom off the stems. I do this all the time.
