Good morning! I don't know why, but I slept terrible lastnight...only 4 hours. I plan to go back to bed soon....probably about the time everyone else here wakes up :) Dinner tonight is fried pork chops, scalloped potatoes, & fried green beans, plus I have some leftover biscuits to eat up.

Rather than having another hour of sleep, I prefer having the extra hour doing whatever I want!

Hope you get more sleep, Lisa! We enjoy this scalloped potato recipe. I add a chopped onion onion-a third with each layer of the flour mixture. I like to add a little poultry seasoning, too. And I didn't have to use more than half a quart of milk to cover my potatoes-I'm sure it depend on the container (and I probably threw in a few extra potatoes). Enjoy your day!

Making something similar to this, called "Comforting Chicken". Must be a TOH recipe. This is close, tho, but I add bell peppers(whatever I have on hand), cumin, chili powder, paprika, & I forget what else.

Sour cream guarantees a moist and tender loaf. And bananas are sliced instead of mashed in this recipe, giving a concentrated banana taste in every bite.

I'm making 2 quiche this week. I tried this last week & absolutely loved it. I had to sub a little, using a blend of monterey jack & 2 cheddars for the cheese & oregano in place of the marjoram. I also added 2 extra eggs. & ended up w/too much filling but I was trying to up the proten. I made 2 little crustless quiche in mini souffle bowls I have & they came out awesome. I may do that on purpose again this time :)

Oooo, this looks great! Hubby and little guy aren't quiche fans, so I don't make them too often, but I love them.

I made up this recipe when I had none of the ingredients I needed! Your family will love this one, and you'll be able to make something else while this is cooking. Great with breadsticks! Serve alone, with a dollop of sour cream, or some grated cheese and pepper.

Good morning. This is today's dinner with garlic bread. My nine year old requested it and she's quite picky. I think it's pretty good for how simple it is. Normally I make lasagna with meat sauce but this is so easy and pretty tasty too. I use oven ready noodles too and it comes out great. Awesome for when you're feeling lazy.
