Im just curious- do you like chocolate better cold or room temperature? I can't decide whether I like the cold snap and slow melt of refrigerated or the soft, instant melt of warm.

I think you get more flavor at room temperature or slightly warmer.

I just had a cold piece and a room temp piece. Now I'm going to have try a piece slightly warmed. Thanks for the idea! Lol Good thing dark chocolate is healthy.

i always refrigerate my chocolate. the wife hides it around the house ( a challenge for me)... days after halloween...the hunt begins :)

I love her style, Gary! But for me, hide me something with caramel or vanilla to get me looking!
