I do not have a conversion chart. What is 2 1/2oz? The recipe is not on AR and I need to measure our lemon juice. Thank you!

a quarter cup is about 2oz, right?

5 Tablespoons (or 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbl)

Hi, absolutely correct - rule of thumb = tbsp/floz 15g to both. hope helps cheers.
