Delish zucchini stuffed with your favorite ingredients and finished on the hot grill. Great side dish or as a light meal on their own.

I do not boil the zucchini. I prefer it on the grill than par boiling. We do not like olives, so, I leave those out

I remember these. We did cook the zucchini on the grill a bit first to soften some. Great recipe to use up lots of zucchini.

This is a tasty way to use up all the yellow squash you have pouring out of your garden every summer. I also do this same thing with zucchini.

For an inexpensive make-ahead meal, try these ground beef 'steaks' topped with mushroom soup. They're refrigerated at least 8 hours before cooking.

This recipe looks like something good to try. Think I will use homemade soup mix with sautéed mushrooms in it: http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/62905902/cream-of-anything-soup-mix/detail.aspx

Good morning. Tonight, something with peas....when I made tuna salad, I put the peas in the fridge instead of the freezer. So I need to use about three cups of peas in the next few days.

Good morning, ladies! We are having leftovers of this tonight. It will be another late football practice night and this turned out really well yesterday! I did use chicken broth instead of water and added chopped celery. The family loved it!

We enjoy this one too. There is a crockpot chicken and stuffing one we prefer though. Both are very good!

We might have something like this and I'll add some grilled chicken to it to make it a meal. It's going to be 93 here today, so we're in for a hot one! Good Morning all and have a nice day!
