May I freeze a quiche lorraine? If so, before or after baking? Also, if after baking, then how long do I cook it when I take it out of the freezer? Thank you.

Yes, they freeze well after baking. I usually thaw mine out and reheat just the portion we want to eat. Microwave for about one minute or so, or cover and reheat at 350° for about twenty minutes.
