I was going to make a strawberry rhubarb crisp... I've never made it before and I'm a bit concerned that the strawberries are going to cook down and be ready far before the rhubarb is ready. Anyone have any experience or suggestions for this? TIA

This is a wonderful recipe!! The berries/rhubarb do cook down together. The berries are no more done than the rhubarb is. ~ ~

What Molly said. I make strawberry/rhubarb pie all the time and no issues with it. Give it a shot...
