i used veggie oil- i didn't have peanut oil:-)it is very good- i put it on a cooling rack to cook the last ten minutes

my timing was a bit different- to make sure the thighs were done- worked out great

Nanny I have them both saved. I want to try the oven fried chicken with thighs. Just went grocery shopping this morning and I don't have peanut oil. Didn't want to back to grocery store for a few days. If I go for peanut oil it will probably cost me $50 and I'll be lucky if I remember the peanut oil! Lol
