I noticed on an earlier post you had both mentioned the loss of some weight!! What awesome news! Can you fill me in on your tricks/tips? What is PGX? I have stuck to my guns with weight watchers. I've been doing a lot of intense walking/jogging, heart rate up, no cheating on the diet, hard core for 8 weeks.....for a grand total of 5 pounds! My clothes do not fit any better, my belt is at the same notch, I think I've lost an accumulative of 7 cm. I've cut my wheat by about 75% and dairy by 85%. I am frustrated to say the least. Both of you had great results this week and I am eager to find out how!! :)

Hi RedApple; not neither one but first I do want to say congrates on losing the 5 lbs. When I was going to meeting I meet people who like to found their weight loss slow going. But I do have one question do you use all the daily points plus the weekly bonus points? Please I do know that you are not cheating but just wondering that is all.

Hey RedApple,Bernadane is finding that PGX is helping her.It is a pill you take before eating to surpress your hunger,it also comes with a exercise tape.I tried this and ididn't like it,but the tape is good.I joined the Y,taking Zumba,and other exercise programs,plus walking the dog.I cut out all bread,and dairy products,i'm lactose that one was easy.The bread part not so much,i have a salad every day for lunch,with chicken or tuna,with it,plus 1/2 of a avocado in it also.At supper I fill my plate with mostly salad and veggies.,piece of chicken,or pork.Sorry to go on for so long.Best of luck RedApple,and do keep us upto date.We shall shed our winter fat:)

Once I can get Healthy again LOL I will try go back to WW and try the Zumba class. Also go back to Tai Chi which I do miss.

Nadine,i went to Tai Chi a few times,quite relaxing isn't it.But the Zumba class I take is on at the same time.One of them had to go.Enjoying Zumba very much.When you say get healthy again,have you been ill?

Morning; sorry I did not get back to you last night was having a fire with DH. Back the first week of January I got broncitis which took two months to get rid of. This dispite 5+ rounds of anti-bodics, 3 puffers, 1 nazel spray and a few bottles of cough syrup. But now I still trier easy. I have good day when brain in on full power and days when I have none. When shopping or on my feet for to long I lose balance. All tests have been clear so far. Have two more minor ones to do yet. I never know what I am going to be like to day to the next. It is frustrating to say the least but I know people have it worse than me so I try to keep that in mind but it is hard sometime. LOL

Hi Red Apple, Its called PGX Daily, its 100% safe, its a high fiber capsule, also comes in granular form. It keeps you from getting hugary, it also curbs cravings and I don't get hugary between meals which is a first for me, Dr Oz highly reommends it also. I lost 3 lbs last week just from taking this because it makes your weight loss program easier, My advise is keep doing weight watchers Red apple but do get this, you always have to drink a glass of water each time you take it.

Nadine,i'm sorry to hear that,i have a friend that goes through bouts of the same thing. Nasty. I have a sore leg today,that is why i'm home instead of being at the Y. Must have done one to many Zumbas:) Now I think I will go crawl under a nice warm blanket and watch some t.v. I hope you find out what the problem is quickly,Nadine.Take care.
