These are the most delicious lamb chops you'll ever taste! When I make it, this savory lamb dish has impressed EVERYONE and has had people coming back for more for many years. It's suitable for any occasion...even Christmas or Thanksgiving. Plan ahead so you can marinate the lamb overnight.

Hi, try this. My favourite way. cheers. Mediterranean Baked Lamb Chops Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper Optional: Can scatter fresh herbs or mixture of herbs over the meat (Oregano, Marjoram, Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Basil etc); Preheat oven to 190c/380f/Gas 5; Oil a foil lined baking tray; If using: Sprinkle herbs over the meat; Oil, salt and pepper the meat; Bake for some 10 to 15 minutes or more depending size until just cooked through and the juices are running freely and clear. Check with fork as you wish and turn once during cooking; At most, a touch of brown colour in the juices;

Hi, to pan fry try this. cheers. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat, and pan-fry the chops until browned on both sides, the meat is no longer pink inside, and the juices run clear, usually about 5 to 8 minutes per side. cheers

This very tasty and easy marinade for lamb chops can also be used for steaks.

here is another. Please remember that lamb is best when it is medium or medium rare.

OK I will follow step by step directions. My husband grew up on them and after all of these years I thought I'd try them.

This recipe for lamb chops is a favorite in my house. It is an easy and quick recipe for two people (we eat two chops each). Rosemary and thyme give it great flavor. If you double the recipe, remember that the sauce will take longer to reduce.

These are very tasty, and make for an easy main meal to prepare. Try serving them with mashed potatoes, peas and pumpkin.

This is so good. Haven't had lamb for along time. Might be time to buy another one!
