March was a crazy busy month for me. Packed with birthdays. I still managed to squeeze in 20 faceless recipes. The pinterest board looks great! Here are a few of my favorites.

Chicken and vegetables bake in a delicious lemony wine broth. Be sure to serve with rice so you don't waste a drop.

Shrimp with tomatoes, avocados, sweet onion, and cilantro bask in a zesty tomato salsa for an appetizer that looks beautiful when served in a glass salad bowl. Serve with saltine crackers.

Beef slices marinated in a sweetened mixture of soy sauce and pineapple juice are skewered and grilled in this fun party food recipe.

These were very very good. I used top sirloin that was partially frozen and used my meat slicer to slice it very thin.

BTW - if you don't want to skewer this makes a good stir fry too.

This traditional-style meat sauce simmers on the stove until thick and flavorful. Ladle it over pasta, or use in a million different recipes.

I'm searching for a good bolognese sauce that I can make at home. My favorite Italian restaurant is too far away and no one else comes close. I may have to try this one.

I was hesitant when the recipe called for milk. I used cream, cooked it down like it stated and it was really good.

It is more like an addiction, Paula! I have fun doing them. Not sure how many I will get done this month though. It is shaping up to be another busy month.

March was so fun with the faceless recipes. Some are still placing on for March. Make sure you get invited for April faceless frenzy too. Even recipes with low ratings were interesting to try.
