Soak chicken in melted butter overnight, then roll in crushed onion potato chips for an easy dinner with a twist. Try you favorite potato chip flavors for variety.

not sure how you feel about potato chips but when I made these as a treat for my kids they LOVED it....I tweaked the recipe with no overnight marinating and not much butter....

I coat mine (by hand)in dijon, then roll in fresh parmesan, and bake. So easy, so tasty.

you may want to give this a try- pat dry the tenders- drizzle lightly with olive oil- sprinkle a pkg. of dry ranch mix- toss- place on your pan and bake as usual:-)

oops- that ranch goes in 1/2 cup self rising flour- or biscuit mix- whatever is handy:-)

sassyoldlady (love you moniker) Love the idea of dijon mustard. Just did mayo and parm last night. Any suggestions as what else to roll in? Maybe corn flake crumbs? OR??

These garlic-and-cayenne-stoked chicken breast morsels are baked instead of fried for a low fat version of Buffalo Wings.

Breaded, baked chicken wings are tossed with a spicy honey sauce in this crunchy appetizer.

I use this recipe to make chicken tenders. We don't like wings but this recipe works great with chicken breasts. My DH and daughter like the spicy honey.
