Hi folks, mussels are on sale this week at my local grocery store. Has any ever frozen cooked mussels or raw mussels? We love seafood and wanted to grab extra. Thanks! :)

Hi Shelly, just wanted to say hello to a fellow Nova Scotian!! Sorry i can't help you, even though Nova Scotia is known for its seafood, my husband isn't a fan of it too much, i love lobster but he saids he will not eat anything that looks back at him with their beady little eyes, I told him to close his eyes! Lol!!

Hey Shelley, I have no experience with cooking mussels, but I saw some yummy recipes on here where you steam the mussels in white wine. Good luck :)

Hi, Shelly! I love preparing and eating mussles, so easy. I like the littler ones, tend to be more tender. Re-post as a recipe request if you would like some recipes, I'll be on for a little bit.

I buy frozen mussels all the time. Pretty much the only way I can get them, so I would say yes you can freeze them.
