Spring Cleaning Cookies

Submitted by: SassGG
I was cleaning out my kitchen cabinets and found several ingredients which needed to be used up and I came up with these chewy, coconut, oatmeal, chocolate chip, pecan cookies.

Our latest favorite food is rooster sauce. Why do they always hide the good stuff clear up on the top shelves?

Lady Sparkle, I agree with you. I can never keep my house clean. I saw a cute thing on pinterest the other day about cleaning and dogs but I'm changing it to cats because that is what we have. Cleaning a house with cats in it is like brushing your teeth while eating oreos. That is exactly how I feel. It seems like such a worthless effort.

LOL! So true. No matter how much/how often I still find dirt. A thankless and never ending task :)

Years ago when Joan Rivers was on the Ed Sullivan show (OMG I'm old!) she made a joke about why bother to vacuum -- six months later you've just got to do it again.

Haha! Cactus Rose, we lost Joan this year :( I confess, I haven't made the six month mark, ever. Even when I was on "strike", it always bothers me before that. . .

Oops. You must be referring to the late Phyllis Diller. Joan Rivers is alive and well. I am watching her reality show right now with her daughter, Melissa. That sounds like her kind of humor =)

lol- when my parents raised dogs- it was my "job" to shovel up & bury the poop every day after school- i always told my mom- if you don't feed those dogs- they wouldn't poop- then i wouldn't have to clean it up- lol

LOL ... I'm just as insane then as you. I just don't get how some things get so dirty?
