White rice, garlic and onion is cooked in a nice vegetable stock for about 20 minutes. Black beans, cayenne and cumin are added to the pot, given a stir ...and that's it. Black Beans and Rice for six.

I know we will Sherri! :) I am gonna have to do them in the oven though instead of the grill, and I could'nt find foccaccia bread, but I got some really great hoagie rolls, so I think they will be great!

Busy day today. Leaving for work now. I tend to work long hours, probably wont leave work till about 6pm. Then grocery shopping for my elderly grandma, then home to make this for dinner. It will be a late dinner, but not much I can do about it. Have a great Monday everyone!

This makes me want to buy turkey burger to try it. I don't even know where to get that, here. Wendy's is a good option-no cleanup! I hope your orthodontist visit goes smoothly.

Elle, look for ground turkey in the meat section of your market. Then add the ingredients, and shape the meat into patties.
