Hi weeble, I assume you don't have a drying rack. You can use clean plastic hangers. http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-dry-pasta-without-a-rac-78742

if i could figure out a way to hang them high enough it would work. otherwise my dogs would have a field day! LOL i have them on a cookie sheet now in little flat piles. i'll leave them in the oven so that the pups don't get at them.

Hi weeble - my grandma always made homemade noodles and she spread them out on a clean white bed sheet. They were dry in about 24 hours. We then bagged them up for the freezer.

I make pasta regularly and I dust them with lots of flour so that they won't stick together, then spread them out on a cookie sheet which also has flour on it. Just leave them there for a few hours and they will dry out. Maybe after a couple of hours turn them over. BTW my hubby made me a rack for my pasta but it is very messy. The pasta dries fine but when you try to take it off, then the pasta breaks and goes all over the place. Good luck

thanks molly and pelicangal...i did just that, let them dry on a cookie sheet and let them dry overnite in my oven (turned off, and to keep the pups away from them) and they turned out beautifully.
