Thank-you. Is your son home yet? I remember him needing oxygen but was going for periods without it.

Baby Blue Punch

I created this punch recipe when I went looking for a punch recipe for my Baby Shower. I really wanted blue punch because I was having a boy this time. The ice cream melts somewhat and turns the punch a beautiful baby blue color leaving frothy blue and white clouds floating on top. Everyone thought it tasted great and asked for the recipe. Its also very adaptable to your taste. The sky's the limit. Try any flavor or color of unsweetened drink mix in place of the blue.

Yes, we are cold up here! In the 50's! But we are supposed to warm back up in the 70's on the weekend.. so that's nice. Hope you like my jamabalaya.

Cubed potatoes are seasoned with garlic powder, dried onion, parsley, salt, and pepper before being baked to a tender crispiness for a great meal accompaniment.

This easy and inexpensive candy tastes like that famous crunchy peanut candy bar. Buy your candy supplies after Halloween to get a great price, then make a batch or two for Christmas gifts and cookie trays.

These German "Zimt Sterne" are made with ground almonds instead of flour for a delicious gluten-free Christmas cookie. They're brushed with a shiny lemon glaze for a pretty finish.

My Grandma used to make this chicken and it was my mom's favorite. It is very easy, quick, flexible, and delicious. You may add as many different veggies and any amount you want. The broth made from this is great to dip bread and butter; my brother loves to have it as soup. Yum!!!
