My SIL made cookie dough on Monday and left it in the fridge until today. Can she use it?

I would use it but I'd make sure to eat ALL of the cookies up today ;)

Great! Thank you both! I have no problem eating all of them myself. :)

Personally, I don't think it is a good idea if there are eggs used in the recipe. I would cook by day 3 or 4 tops.

I must disagree Tracie, there Are eggs in the cookie dough in the store and those sit on the shelves for Much longer! As long as the ingredients have been kept Cold, they will be fine for longer then 3-4 days. Jmo

I've left butter cookie dough among chocolate cookie dough, even cream cheese dough in the fridge for almost 2 weeks before baking and they were just as delicious as ever. As I've said before foods have so much preservatives nowadays, just think of how long things sit in the stores lol

I am with Tracie on this one. Commercial products have preservatives in them but homemade do not. Three days would be my max for unbaked cookie dough. Still Tasty says even less!
