Do you know yesterday we never got past 59 degrees? So crazy for Central FL...it was cloudy, breezy all day long. But today skies are blue and clear, thank goodness.

Morning! IF the roast thaws enough, we are having these with the guac from this.... http://allrecipes.com/recipe/guacamole-cilantro-lime-cheeseburger/detail.aspx and mystery salsa from the freezer. Probably skipping any sides. If the roast doesn't thaw, probably pizza :)

I'm pretty sure I made this one before, hard to tell unless I go search my reviews, but if it is the one I made, we liked it. Hope the roast thaws for you.

Simple tartar sauce for deep fried seafood. It is better if prepared several hours before you will be using it, but it can be used immediately. Store for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

I made it also but didn't put in corn chips. I like to put jalapenos on my regular grilled cheese, the pickled kind.

Since Thanksgiving is almost here, I'm taking it easy and doing the tomato soup thing too. I was planning to do the mummy dogs I've been meaning to make since Halloween, but that sandwich looks awfully good...

I admit when I heard about the mayo instead of butter it sounded weird. However, I hear that some of you love it, so I do plan on trying it. We love grilled cheese here. Make it as a snack sometimes. We tend to make it with swiss. I add ham to mine. I also think one of these days I will try and add mustard too. Do you all like the yellow mustard or dijon?
