Do you know yesterday we never got past 59 degrees? So crazy for Central was cloudy, breezy all day long. But today skies are blue and clear, thank goodness.

Morning! IF the roast thaws enough, we are having these with the guac from this.... and mystery salsa from the freezer. Probably skipping any sides. If the roast doesn't thaw, probably pizza :)

I'm pretty sure I made this one before, hard to tell unless I go search my reviews, but if it is the one I made, we liked it. Hope the roast thaws for you.

hahahaha sorry! we have shrimp all the time. when i was little it was a big deal to have shrimp now when its on sale which is pretty much every week its just as expensive as beef or pork.

I admit when I heard about the mayo instead of butter it sounded weird. However, I hear that some of you love it, so I do plan on trying it. We love grilled cheese here. Make it as a snack sometimes. We tend to make it with swiss. I add ham to mine. I also think one of these days I will try and add mustard too. Do you all like the yellow mustard or dijon?
