Apparently many people don't realize this is an online forum where ANYONE can read what you type. If you post the recipe link her then whoever Pam is WILL be able to see it.

That recipe is for tenderloin and you said you are cooking loins, split lengthwise. As far as cooking, the directions are to marinate then discard marinade and grill the meat. Since you want to oven roast the best advice I can give is for you to have a thermometer.
