Carolyn is asking: (2 answers)
I am having to cook 6 large pork loins for a family reunion. Found a recipe on this site. I want to know how long should I cook these pork loins . They will be cooked in gas oven and some in electric oven (Dutch ovens). Also do I wrap them in foil and keep the marinate juice on them during cooking. I need these loins to come out moist and just right. I will be cutting the long ones in half to cook. Thank you.
