Tartare Sauce 30g/1 oz Capers - drained and finely chopped 60g/2oz small Gherkins - drained and finely chopped 250g/8oz Homemade or Good Quality Readymade Mayonnaise 1tbsp or to taste Flatleaf Parsley - finely chopped OPTIONAL( But I tend to use touches of all 3 - Lemon Juice; Shallots - finely diced; Chives - finely chopped) In a small bowl, mix the capers and gherkins into the mayonnaise; Add the parsley and, if using, the other ingredients, to taste. Can serve immediately or cover with clingfilm and chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving

thanks don- it's whats for dinner- with sw veggie dish from bibi- & iceemamas grilled corn- i will have the tarter & hubby will have the dill sauce- cheers- glad you are back:-)

Hi Lucky, here's an example. You don't need both one or other, parchment or foil. In fact, some just line a dish with one or other, oil or grease it and lay fish, stuffed or otherwise, oiled or buttered, again sometimes with veg etc over the top of it and cook normally about gas 5/180c/350f for a period. Sometimes, some put in a baking tray do as above and top with foil. Fish for baking, include snapper/salmon/trout/sea bass/ firm fleshed fish etc. I tend to do rainbow trout in foil or in a dish with foil top, stuffed. A bit rambly but hope helps. cheers
