It's easy to make lots and lots of these cream-cheese-based rounds: Simply use extra-large tortillas and roll them up with the smooth and crunchy filling.

These should be fine. Costco sells something like this and they are never soggy. They use sliced turkey n Cranberry cream cheese. Mmmm

I made mine the day before, wrapped each one in plastic and cut the day of, they were fine.

Same as Celeste and Weeble. I like them thin-sliced roast beef, too.
