I made the ANGEL CHICKEN RECIPE from this site today... but made a few adjustments... I used FROZEN boneless skinless chicken tenderloins.. melted the butter, dry italian seasoning packet, regular cream cheese, and cream of chicken soup with a couple splashes of wine ..chopped up baby bella mushrooms and added 1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts... threw al in the crockpot served over wheat spaghetti.... was AMAZING!!!! Thought I'd share! DEFINITELY A KEPER!

Sounds yummy but dangerous. I would eat the whole pot and I know Mr.Picky wouldn't try it. Maybe next potluck I will give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

That recipe came out in about 1969 or so, and my family still loves it. I love your idea of the artichoke hearts. I always put 8 oz of fresh mushrooms on top of the casserole when I bake it. The sauce is really good with white rice, too. Yum!
