So, what do you do when you have no bread or crackers. But you do have a couple different kinds of peanut butter - including Planter's Nutrition, Energy Mix, Cinnamon Raisin Granola Nut . . .

I eat peanut butter off the spoon all the time. When I find I'm having a chocolate craving and there is none in the house, including no chocolate chips, peanut butter is my next go to when the cravings hit.

I made a [no cheese!] peanut butter "quesadilla," using the cinnamon raisin peanut butter, and a whole wheat tortilla cooked in a skillet sprayed with butter flavor spray. Oh, and I threw in some ground chia seeds. It's pretty good!
