Hi everyone so I am looking for chicken and trout recipes that I can make ahead say on a Sunday and store for the week. I am a college student and powerlifting athlete so I have to keep it clean and healthy but quick and easy so as to eat in between classes. Also do any of yall have any good recipes for wild rice and brown rice?

The chicken I buy is the skinless, boneless frozen chicken breasts that come in the bulk freezer. The fish is Steelhead Trout.

Do you have a George Foreman? You can cook the chicken in just a couple of minutes with it. Also, a microwave? The trout will cook very quickly in it.

Yup I have a george foreman but it always seems to come our rather dry and bland after that so I picked up and electric food network skillet and havent had much better luck with that. Is there a way to get it juicier off the foreman?

Use Alton Brown's receipe for the brown rice, except add cut up baby carrots, celery, grape tomatoes; use vegetable stock instead of water, lower the temperature to 225 and bake two hours.
