What about a taco bar or baked potato bar? Those are always easy, crowd pleasers.

We feed the Varsity Volleyball team 3 times a season. We have done soup/salad and sandwhiches and we have done Italian and mexican. The last game this year the mom wants to do meatballs with rice or noodles. We do pot luck were each girl brings a dish to share.

This flavorful and gently spicy vegetarian chili with black beans and plenty of vegetables can be ready in less than an hour.

How about something like this? Beans are usually cheap you can serve with corn bread.

A topping of spicy barbeque sauce, diced chicken, cilantro, peppers, and onion all covered with cheese, and baked to bubbly goodness! This is similar to a recipe I had at a popular pizza place in California. My family LOVES it!

Bell peppers, green onions, and your favorite salsa combine with beef and egg noodles for a stove-top casserole. Garnish with shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes.

I had just run across this recipe a couple of days ago. I haven't made it yet but it would be good for girls because they like pasta. So with noodles, they would like it. I would make the ground beef more flavorful with taco seasoning and maybe even some enchilada sauce. Then let the girls choose from toppings they could put on their plates. Toppings; diced tomato, shredded lettuce, avacado, sour cream, grated or melted cheese. It looks like a fun alternative to taco salad.

This chocolate cake is made in a jelly roll pan and uses dark cocoa rather than unsweetened chocolate.

If you want to serve a couple different deserts, the chocolate cake would be good and then maybe this one too which is called a cake but it's not a cake. I think girls would like the banana split flavor.
