H, I don't know if anyone has noticed but "our friend" "Marion" has deleted all her posts/threads including a comment she made in Nucat's thread (suspicious as well to me). I didn't realise you could delete a comment post unless you posted it as a thread. Anyway, I for one, am pleased as I think she is a reincarnation of "remsha" or "girl's best friend" group of characters. cheers.

You can delete your post. There was a time when you had to inform AR to delete it. You go to Myallrecipes, click under My home page then scroll under your avatar and click on "request recipe". You can delete questions too not just recipe request.

Luv2cook, I think Don is talking about deleting a comment to a post, like you being able to delete your comment above, not the whole question or request. I didn't know you could delete a comment.

Maybe AR deleted her posts? I do not understand these kind of "members" on the Buzz...what game are they playing and what do they get from it?

I think AR may have done it. I'm sure some of us brought her to AR's attention. I see that we may have another today. . . just my intuition.

It is such a shame that we have to be suspicious of new members now. I wondered about some posts from yesterday. If you noticed when Remsha was in her glory the term "Guys" was used a lot. That showed up in the new post yesterday. I don't know what this person is getting out of being here but they obviously haven't gone away.

Marion was easy for me to spot, soo glad AR got rid of him/her, for now anyway. I hope there is a way to block his/her computer address permanently.

"Guys" was one tipoff. "Not supposed to answer" was on someones post. Pix was a pro shot I am sure. Many other clues.

Shaking my head wondering WHY this person is doing this! Just plain crazy! I'll contact AR when I get the big puter up. We all need to contact AR.

I honestly feel sad for this person. Obviously, there is a huge hole in their life when they need to fabricate a new one. I think a prayer on their behalf that they find the help and direction they so badly need.

you may be right, Marie-sad life or it just became a game. This person makes a new profile, gets reported, gets booted by the staff, makes up another profile then waits for members to figure her/him out. If they continue to get reported, they continue to make a profile and members continue to look for clues to connect and the cycle starts again. If they are ignored under the current name, it may stop or at least the members bothered by it all will know what name they are using. I would hate to see a new member use the word 'reckon' or 'guys' and get accused of being a reincarnation from the past.

Hi, Iagree RG re ignoring but someone invariably replies bring more out. See above if JW is another ringer. Secondly, I tend to take the mickey now rather than reply normally or ignore. seems to have some effect. Still, as you say, it is a game for them, twisted but sad. cheers.

I am sorry, I misunderstood. I do agree with all of you. It is a shame that we are more cautious now and there are so many new comers. It is a game with this person and I'm sure he/she is reading all of this as we speak. This person does not have anything better to do. I agree with RNG. A lot of us use those words, I for one am one, and it hurts their feelings. Yes, I remember seeing a post from Julie about cheesecakes. I was suspicious about that one. I see it has been deleted. Yes, it is a game to that person. They do not have anything better to do.

You can only delete a topic that you started. There is not way to delete individual comments you have made within someone else's topic. I do think people need to avoid jumping to conclusions if some new person happens to use a word or phrase that sounds like this other person who was banned. If you don't like the quesstion someone posts, just ignore it and move on. If the person isn't being rude/nasty, there is really no reason to jump to conclusions. When people make no effort to look something up or want us to be their help desk, or write poorly worded questions, I just ignore them.
