Oh berjeebers, I've tried using the site with no success. Usually I do OK. Today and yesterday I obviously need help. We found a 2.85 lb. eye of round roast (beef) in the back of the freezer(still frozen,defrosting in coolish water). Thinking about using the pressure cooker but mostly just need help finding a way to cook it! Tried looking for pressure cooker recipes. Ordinarily it would be a slow calm process but these two guys seem to be starving... Imagine that. (=

I make this meal quite often it is so simple and so quick and always comes out perfect, if you love tender roast you must try this!

	redly Sep. 7, 2012 5:14 pm Thanks LOBSTER. We had to adjust seasonings to make due with what's on hand, but that recipe is exactly the guideline we needed. ibbz, yes!!! Pressure cooker, GOOD.

	Sep. 7, 2012 4:26 pm chunk it, throw in some chopped onion, some salsa, some garlic or garlic powder and diced chilis and make a chili verde sort of a thing to serve on flour tortillas. We used to do that all the time.
