Hello everyone. I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I wasn't sure if to post this question here or under "Request a Recipe". Apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I come here a lot for recipe ideas and they're great! However, I'm stuck at home and am unable to get groceries. It's Sunday and I am in the mood to cook. I have a few ingredients, but only simple things come to mind. If anyone has time, I would love a suggestion. - Pasta (Egg noodles), Rice - Frozen Chicken Tenderloins, Beer Bratwursts, Bacon, Tuna (in a can) - White Clam sauce - Eggs, Mozzarella cheese (slices), Milk, - Diced Red Onion, Chopped Green Onion, Diced Tomatoes, Corn (in a can) - Frozen Garlic bread, Frozen Peas - That is all I have. Sure, I could make a pasta dish.. but is there something really tasty I could make? I do have an abundance of seasoning I could use. I just need some guidance. I'm a terrible cook. xD

I would use the egg noodles, peas, bacon, chicken to make a variation of this creamy pasta dish. Do you think you have ingredients to put this together?

If you do, what time is dinner? ;-)

A one-dish meal! Sweet Italian sausage stews with cubed chicken breasts and rice in a savory sauce with peas, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, garlic, herbs, and spices.

I usually don't recommend recipes I haven't made but this sounds really good! Slice up the brats in place of the Italian sausage, should work fine, and this recipe used a lot of your ingredients :)

How about something like this, you could serve with noodles or rice.

Funny, it sounds more like a collection of ingredients to make Jambolya (sp?) which is a rice based dish, as opposed pasta...True, we lack shrimp, and anduili sausage but the italian could be subbed in a pinch...either way, there's a really good meal there, with a little imagination!

Do happen to have a potato or two hiding in the cabinet?

How 'bout wrapping seasoned chicken tenders with bacon, pan saute them until the bacon is crispy, add diced tomato, onion, & corn to the pan, turn up the heat, add a touch of water, cover and cook til tenders are done, take em out and cook down the sauce to a glaze. Serve tenders and sauce with or draped over the garlic bread. Yeah baby.... :o)

How about tuna casserole? You could use noodles in this instead of rice.
