Hi, use 6 in this. cheers. Fajitas 1lb/500g Chicken Breast or Minute/Cube Steak cut into thin strips 1 Onion - chopped ½ Green Pepper - chopped ½ Red Pepper - chopped Handful of fresh Coriander (Cilantro) - torn 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 12 Flour Tortillas (Can cheat and buy a packet) 125g carton Sour Cream Marinade 3 or 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped 6 tbsp Red Wine; 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1tsp dried Oregano ½ tsp ground Cumin ½ tsp Sugar 150ml fresh Lime Juice 80ml Tequilla (optional) 1 Green/Red Chilli – Seeds removed or to taste for heat - finely chopped (optional). Lime Vinaigrette A delightful mix of sweet and tart Ingredients 60ml/2fl oz Lime Juice 60ml/2fl oz fresh Orange Juice 1 ½ tsp Honey 60g/2oz Lime Zest 28g/1oz Sugar Salt and White Pepper 300ml/10fl oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil Combine lime juice, orange juice, honey, orange zest, and sugar in a large bowl; Add the oil, drizzling in slowly and whisking continuously to avoid separation; Season with salt and pepper to taste; Serve with salads/mixed greens etc.

I freeze the whole thing. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then put in a ziplock. I made the mistake once of just tossing them in the freezer in the mess bag I purchased them in, but they dry out in the freezer that way. I think once thawed they produce more juice and you can still use the zest as well.

Thanks bellpepper,so the limes don't get runny when you freeze the whole thing?Good to know ,will surely be doing that with a few of them.

Hi, I use my lemons and limes to naturally tenderize meat. I also use them in marinades. They are wonderful. Good luck.

I love to make ceviche when I have an abundace of limes. Also, I added a white fish (tilapia) to accompany the shrimp. But this is a basic recipe and there are many more on here.

Juice them then freeze them like ice cubes this way they will last long and when you need to use them you just melt them and use!
