Another thing we do with leftover baked potatoes...I know it is more than likely too hot, but don't know where you reside...so just in case this soup is awesome!

Take baked potatoes to the ultimate level of creamy, cheesy, buttery goodness. Then top with bacon. Mmm bacon!

You can make these up to the point where they would be baked, then freeze them. To serve, take them out of the freezer to thaw, then bake as directed in the recipe.

You could slice them up, add chopped onion, a little garlic powder or garlic salt and make homefries.

My grandfather is Polish, and his mother taught my grandmother how to make these delicious perogies. Serve plain, or with butter, sour cream, bacon, etc.

A traditional Jewish treat of little golden pastry domes filled with seasoned mashed potatoes and fried onions. You may use water instead of the milk in the egg wash, if desired.

My Grandma made these simple hash browns nearly every morning when I spent time with her. They take a little planning, but they're better than any others! Serve with your favorite style eggs and breakfast meat!
