Too many marinade recipes... I need to marinade a flank steak for tomorrow. I don't have a standard recipe for steak since hubby usually likes his meat quite plain. Some recipes are hidden within salads or something else. I need to flavor this for the grill. I have no soy sauce. I have a whole bottle of worcestershire and a pretty full spice cabinet. I have a small town grocery in walking distance if I need an ingredient or two. Yes, they have beer and wine if I need it. He wants scalloped potatoes for fathers day. Please send the ideas. Thanks.

London Broil II

A quick fix for an inexpensive cut of meat. Mix up soy sauce, vegetable oil, ketchup, oregano and one whole clove of garlic, then marinate the meat overnight.

G's Flank Steak Marinade

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

	Jun. 16, 2012 12:23 pm This isn't a marinade, but a spice rub. It is absolutely delicious! Read the reviews, as I found them very helpful. I always add some brown sugar to the rub like some reviewers mention. The salsa is delicious as well, if you like that kind of thing.
