Just to show you----I had hamburger patties left from the other night, but I opted to have the chicken again tonight. It's just what I hoped it would be. Thanks, Ken! BTW, it was really good to meet you in person!

For the last 5 months I've been completly renovating 2 rental properties, while working normal job and all-star soccer tournaments and kids. Just have been beat. It's all done now and can get back to normal. Have 1 more rental late this month but shouldn't take more than 1 week to finish thank goodness. Have lots of photos and recipes-just have to put them down. Tonight is Pork Fire Skewers and the other night was Spicy Meatloaf with sweet chipotle glaze

Mmmmm. Sounds so great! I understand how life can overtake the photographing and writing up of recipes. There are just so many hours in a day! Much more important to interact with kids!
