I always like a bit of Cole Slaw or Potato Salad with BBQ, something cool with the hot!

I agree with Jean. Even a simple green salad to round out the meal-cool and crunchy to balance the hot and soft.

Spicy, sweet and smoky, this side dish is perfect alongside grilled pork tenderloin. It's also a great change to your Thanksgiving dinner. Again, it's SPICY!

Baking Nana's knock-off slaw is the best ~~~ http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/62780692/kfc-coleslaw---knock-off/detail.aspx ~~~ Your dinner sounds wonderful.

Try something for dark green, red, or yellow veggies. Adds crunch, color, and a cold side. Kids(and adults)like fresh vegetables (baby carrots, colorful pepper strips, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, etc) and dip. I use bottled ranch for quick 'N' easy dip.

Toasted almonds and balsamic vinegar add pizzazz to this fresh bean salad. It's a great side for grilled meats, sandwiches, or simply prepared fish.

Thank you so much everyone for your recommendations. I decided to make Paula Dean's coleslaw. Huge hit.
