I am making this for dinner, but could not find Miami-style sazon seasoning. I went to 34 stores still could not find it. Does any one know what is the substitute for this?

Not familiar with Miami-style but "Goya" brand sells sazon. Found in Mexican markets as well as others. http://www.goya.com/english/product_subcategory/Condiments/Sazon-Bouillon

Haha, I figured you must have meant 3-4 stores! Sazon is in all of our groceries with the Hispanic foods...I even saw it at our Walmart today. I can't use the Goya Sazon because of the MSG. I don't know what Miami style is.

it looks like Goya Sazon and Badia Sazon Completa have the same ingredients from their websites

I don't know a thing about Miami style - but this is my knock off for Sazon.

ehow.com give a recipe to replicate it...McCormicks has discontinued it. but a bit of googling and you should be able to come up with a home made substitute...

Thanks every one for the comment. I went to the hispanic grocery store close to my house and found it. I was thinking to go to that store earlier but since they don't have a lot of spices, decided not to go. I did not know sazon is hispanic seasoning. Thanks for the info. Dinner was served even though a little bit late. I can't believe I went to five stores just to find that spice. Now I am stuck with the whole bottle. Should try the Arrachera recipe above..tx bd.weld.

How was the fish? I saved it to maybe try. I can never get my husband to eat tilapia but he might eat it this on red fish. Is the seasoning good or should I just use my own blend? Ive never heard of that seasoning either.

Do you mean "Sazon Completa"? It's usually in the ethnic spices or the "Goya Spanish food" area. It is basically cumin, culantro (or cilantro) and adobo.I'm not positive but I cook Cuban most of the time and that's my backup if I run out. I do love Sazon Completa!
