I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to make a batch of Buffalo sauce pickled eggs? Had these today and they were delicious...but a tad pricey for 8ish eggs. Tasted like mainly vinegar and buffalo/hot sauce. Not sure if I should follow the recipe for red beet eggs...minus the beets and adding buffalo sauce? I am new to the pickled egg making scene (if there is one...haha!) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Eggs are inexpensive enough to experiment. There are recipes online for spicy pickled eggs. Here's one that you might consider. >>>

Here is a recipe you might be able to work with. It looks like this website has a lot of pickled eggs recipes.

Thank you very much! I am trying to find a recipe for the more radioactive orange eggs...not so much the pickled briny clear liquid pickling. I am thinking I need to just experiment and pickle them in a vinegar and buffalo sauce mixture. Minus the onions and peppers and other ingredients. Strictly eggs and chunks.

These pickled eggs are great sliced and served on a salad or just eat them plain for a quick low carb snack! You can adjust the heat by adding more or less chipotle and adobo.

I would use this recipe as a base and sub the Buffalo sauce for the chipotles. Here's mine, not with Buffalo sauce but awesome.
