Oh Okay!! I was frantic when I baked half the batch, but my worries are over. This is a nice lovely flavored cookie. The batch was easy but where I went wrong was, not letting the dough chill long enough in the refrigerator and baking it way to long. Avon was gracious enough to help me by email, and I still had the 2nd part of the batch in the refrigerator, the next day. So I heated the oven, used a springform pan, forgot to score it, and baked for 25 minutes. Pulled it out, cooled slightly, remembered I didn't score it, then made up some quick glaze using powdered sugar, milk, a few driplets of vanilla and several shake-a-roos of apple pie spice, slightly topped the cookies, let completely cool and yum-O!! This was delightful!!! I can see this being used in a bar style dessert as well or even a pie style dessert. My homemade apple butter worked soo well in this. Thanks Avon----it's a keeper!
