Beat eggs then add baking soda, sugar, flour and crushed pineapple with the juice. Mix well by hand and pour batter into 13"x9" un-greased baking pan. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Prepare frosting by placing the softened cream cheese and butter into a bowl and cream together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix. Frost cake when cooled!
