  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a cake pan or muffin tin with coconut oil
  2. Combine the eggs, vanilla extract, honey, salt, and the applesauce. In another bowl, combine the flour, cacao powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cardamom.
  3. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry flour mixture, then add the zucchini.
  4. Pour into cake pan or muffin tin. For extra large muffin tin, bake 26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow 5 minutes to cool, then remove from pan.
  6. Whisk frosting ingredients together. Cool cake completely before frosting.
