  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in large bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4-24 hours to marinate.
  2. Heat oven to 350°F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken in single layer in shallow pan.
  3. Bake 50 to 55 min. or until done (165ºF).
