  1. Put cut pumpkin in a saucepan, add stock, top up with water and bring to boil, cook until pumpkin is soft. D
  2. Drain the pumpkin, keeping the leftover stock water.
  3. Mash the pumpkin thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Heat on low, add leftover stock a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Serve with some crusty bread and enjoy
