  1. Peel and de-vein shrimp, if necessary. Place shrimp in a deep glass dish and set aside.
  2. Whisk together lime juice, Sambal Oelek, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour mixture over shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Prehet grill to medium heat and grease it well.
  6. Transfer shrimp to the prepared grill and discard extra sauce.
  7. Cook shrimp for a couple of minutes on each side and remove once they are pink and opaque.
  8. Serve garnished with lime wedges, chopped peanuts, and scallions.
