  1. 1. Chop onion.
  2. 2. Put chicken, broth, onion, spices, green chilies, Great Northern Beans, plus juice, in large crock pot.
  3. 3. Cook on high 5 hours or low 8 hours.
  4. 4. Shred chicken with a fork an d return to pot. Add mashed potatoes or a mixture of cornstarch and water (to thicken chili). Heat another 1/2 hour or so.
  5. 5. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips/strips on top. A dollop of sour cream would be good too!
