  1. 1) Rinse / purge Crawfish with clean water (do not add salt to purge!)
  2. 2) Place Onion, Garlic, Potatoes, Sausage, Hot Dogs , Bag of Seasoning (as mentioned above), 1/2 of lemons, and ALL OF CRAWFISH into basket / Pot and place on unlit burner, add water to cover seafood and cover pot.
  3. 3) Light fire and turn to high! (I know this is different from what you've been taught in the past, but trust me on this and you'll never cook the old way again)
  4. 4) Leave pot covered and when you start to see smoke (means water is boiling) then cut to simmer and time for 6 minutes. Add Corn and Mushrooms or tender veggies now
  5. 5) Turn off fire and cool down OUTSIDE of pot only using hose. Lift basket several times to release heat and leave uncovered. DO NOT ADD ICE or water to inside of pot. Cool down outside only!! This will stop the cooking process but the veggies will be jus right!
  6. 6) allow 8-10 minutes to soak and WHALA!!
  7. Get ready, cause every single crawfish will be marinated, seasoned, juicy and incredible! Just watch and listen as the compliments roll in.
  8. I know everyone has their own secret recipe and it usually calls for over spicing because crawfish are added after water boils. This way everything is ready at once, cutting your time down and saving on propane as well.
  9. "Laissez les bons temps rouler!" - a Cajun French phrase which is literally translated from the English expression "Let the good times roll."
  10. "AAAAAaaaaaaaaEEEEEEEEEEeeeee!!"
