  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 1 9x5x3 bread pan.
  2. Make topping by combining 1/4 cup crushed Rice Chex, 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts, brown sugar and melted butter. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add egg, mashed bananas and milk until well blended.
  5. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add to the creamed banana mixture and stir well.
  7. Stir in 3/4 cup of crushed Rice Chex and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
  8. Spread the batter in the greased pan and gently pat the topping into the batter.
  9. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes until a knife comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
