  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare pan (12 muffins or one loaf pan).
  2. Mix wet team together really well. I use a hand mixer.
  3. Mix together dry team, then add to wet team in batches.
  4. When you have a nice smooth batter, add the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes for muffins; about 45 minutes for a loaf
  6. Cool 10-20 minutes
