  1. Whisk 4 eggs with sugar for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mascarpone with sugar for 2 more minutes.
  3. Add cream and keep whisking till firm.
  4. Soak fingers in coffee and layer bottom of pan.
  5. Pour 1/2 mousse, layer fingers, then another layer of mousse on top.
  6. Refrigerate till firm.
