  1. 1. Heat oil over medium heat in skillet add the onions and bell pepper to soften.
  2. Cook beef if not cooked already (no pink, drain add to crock pot)
  3. 2. In medium/large Crock Pot add 2 cans of beans, 2 cans of tomatoes, tomato sauce, finely chopped jalapeno, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper (add as much as you want or as little, more will make it spicy so be careful!!)
  4. 3. Add bell pepper and onion after soft.
  5. 4. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8
